These are a great ladies flip flop from Skechers that not only offer excellent support and shock absorbency, but claim to tone your legs and bottom as you wear them and go about your usual every-day activities.

• Excellent shock absorbers – make these the best for wearing day-in-day-out and over distances.  Just be careful to break your legs into them otherwise you might ache the next day!  Remembers is a workout
